Pescription Drug

I've been prescribed some tablets and I'd though I'd share some of the comments in the information leaflet.

"[do not take at same time as] non-selective monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs)."
"[If you do you might run] a risk of adverse effects from this combination."
"Symptoms like high fever and abrupt contractions of muscles with tremors, feel agitated and confused."

"Seizures are a potential risk"

"Some patients [...] enter into a manic phase. This is characterized by profuse and rapidly changing ideas, exaggerated moods and excessive physical activity."
Looking forward to that one.

"May cause an increased incidence of subcutaneous bleeding."

"Please tell you doctor if you are taking or have taken any other medicines (including those purchased without prescription)".
Yeah, right!

"[the drug] has not been shown to increase the effects of alcohol. Nevertheless, it is recommended not to drink alcohol during treatment with [the drug]."
Ummm, why?

"Patients who are prone to panic attacks may [...] experience a temporary period of [...] anxiety after starting treatment"

"Occasionally, thoughts of suicide or self-harm may occur [...] in the first few weeks"
OK.....

"Do not take a double drop dose"
Wahey!

"POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS"
"Nausea"

"Difficulties falling asleep"
"Feeling sleepy"
So which one, both at the same time?

"Dizziness"

"Diarrhoea"
"Constipation"
Again, which one?

"Increased sweating"

"Fatigue"
"Fever"

"Blurring of vision"
"Vomiting"

"High fever, agitation, confusion, trembling"
"Seizures, tremors, movement disorder (involuntary movement of muscles)"
More seizures and fever.

"Difficulties urinating"
"Flow of milk in women that are not nursing"

"Hallucinations, mania, confusion, agitation, anxiety, loss of feeling of normality, panic attacks and nervousness"
This is right at the end, I guess they don't expect people to read this far.
OK, now I'm worried.

Sweat dreams!
